How YOU will show up to live and love.
How YOU will show up for yourself when you try and you fail.
How YOU will show up for yourself AND have your own back when your heart hurts.
When you feel shame.
When you are feeling down.

Live. Love. Surround yourself with a love fest of people.

And be super duper uber kind to yourself when you get it wrong...because YOU will.

If you're really trying, living, loving, and not just planning on dying...you'll get lots wrong.
You'll fail often.
You'll get hurt.
You'll love hard.
You’ll feel shame.
