I’m lazy and have bad work ethic.

I should be doing more.

I’m not doing enough.

These are the thoughts I shared with my coach yesterday.

She asked me why I’m CHOOSING to believe these thoughts.

My head exploded.

I’m a coach. I ask my clients this very same question all the time.

But I wasn’t seeing it as optional for myself.

I wasn’t seeing it as an OPTIONAL way to think that I AM CHOOSING.

When I sat there, mind blown, and still

I realized the “reason” I was choosing to think that was because if I’m lazy and have bad work ethic, that’s the reason I would fail. Not because I was a bad coach, but because I was lazy.

Some how my brain thought that would hurt less or be less “bad”

Less personal.

My beautiful and wise coach offered that my ability to connect with people and be a great friend

My ability to sleep in for snuggles with my husband

My ability to create tons of fun in my life

These are my super powers I bring to my clients

My overstressed and overwhelmed clients need fun-loving-life Stacy.
