Who is the DD /Designated Driver of your mind?

Who’s steering you towards where you want to go?

Your subconscious mind responds to your inner and outer dialogue and diligently tries to make what you think exist.

Every word you say - your body and brain tries to turn into your reality.

Your thoughts, your stories, your pictures in your head, and what you say…

Your mind and body are listening to your every word - so challenge yourself to not say out loud anything negative about yourself or anything you don’t want more of in your life.

You have about 60,000-80,000 thoughts a day.
Half are negative
And a lot of the negative thoughts you’ve been thinking on repeat for years.

Your brain offers you up enough crap in your head - stop reinforcing it by saying it out loud.

My challenge for you - for today, or for a week, or for a month, or for as long as you can - go on a “diet” of not saying anything out load about yourself that you don’t want to create in your life.

Your inner and outer dialogue create a blueprint/roadmap for your subconscious mind - start paying attention to what you say and get curious about if it is steering you in the direction you want to go.
